Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to personal care items, hygiene products, clearance items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please allow several business days for your bank to process the transaction. If the issue persists, please contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
