At Dallas SuperStore, we aim to deliver your orders as efficiently and clearly as possible. Please review the information below before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and tracking details will be provided via email when available.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
• Standard shipping: up to 14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
• customs processing
• courier delays
• weather conditions
• peak seasonal periods
These delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Dallas SuperStore is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution where appropriate.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
