Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Fulfillment Locations

Arstar operates fulfillment centres in both the USA and China. Your order will be shipped from whichever location has your items in stock at the time of purchase. Our stated shipping times apply regardless of origin, and every order includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply in their country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, peak season volumes or courier issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@arstar.co and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Addresses

Arstar is not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your details before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
